Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping

We ship USPS First Class on all packages unless otherwise stated

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding the following holidays below:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve Day 
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

International Shipping

We ship First Class Package International and Priority Mail Express International on all international packages

Please be aware that packages are taking quite longer that usual to get delivered when sent outside the US. We have no control over how long your country's customs officials will hold a package, nor do we have any way of predicting how long they will take. We will not be held responsible for delivery times as it is out of my control.

We are not responsible for any tax or custom fees associated with your purchase. Many countries will charge custom/tax fees in order to receive your package. These fees are NOT extra shipping charges.
Any packages that are not claimed through your local customs officials and/or post office due to unpaid custom fees/taxes, incorrect address provided, etc. may get sent back to us. If the package is returned back to us for the reasons listed above, you will inquire a re-delivery fee & your original shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to Custom's Fee's we are not able to take returns on International orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your item(s) or if they arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, so we would be able to provide refunds for unworn jewelry pieces. 

In order to process an exchange/return we must receive items back in same condition as you received (unworn / no exception) within 14 days from the date you've receive your order.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of your item(s) back to our studio. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control so please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless we have made a mistake with your order, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Buyer is responsible for the return shipment and original shipping fee will NOT be refunded. 
International orders - Due to Custom's Fee's we are not able to take returns on International orders.
